At APEX Building
Concepts, we
encourage you to get
estimates from other
contractors for your
project.

Make sure you are
comparing apples to
apples. We will gladly go
over your other
estimates with you to
determine similar scope
of work and completion
time to provide you with
a comparable estimate.
Request a detailed
written estimate from
the contractor.
Don't automatically
choose the lowest
bidder. In some cases,
cheaper pricing is a way
for the contractor to sell
the job and then add on
additional charges for
the same work he said
he would complete
upfront. Ask if they offer
a guaranteed price
contract.
Check References and
Insurance Certificates.
